Upon arrival at Shenzhen Airport , please proceed to Recycling Economy & Sustainable Development Conference Reception Desk located at the ground floor of both airport lobby A and B. The reception staff will help provide information of your transportation to Wu Zhou Guest House and Shenzhen Airlines Hotel.

3. Registration
All delegates and journalists shall register in the International Conference on Recycling Economy and Sustainable Development Registration Desk located in the lobby of Building A of Wu Zhou Guest House and claim your pass and meeting materials. For VIP delegates, you can ask your liaison officers to register for you.

4. Secretariat/Media Center
The Secretariat will provide all necessary information and assistance related to the Conference including financial matters such as airfare reimbursements. It also takes care of the production and distribution of documents, speech transcripts, and biographies of speakers and materials of sponsors.

5. Working Languages of the Conference
Simultaneous interpretation will be available in Chinese and English in all sessions. Please leave the headsets on your seats or return the receivers to the staff after leaving each meeting room.
6. Passes
Passes shall be worn at all times during meeting activities and related events. No one will be given access to meeting venue without pass. It is also required for meals. Information of loss or damage of passes must be immediately reported to the Registration Desk or Secretariat.
7. Dress Code
Business attire is required for all meetings and banquets.
Casual attire is suggested for outdoor activities or tours.

12. Departure for the Airport
The hotels are 40 KM away from the airport and it will take about 1 hour. Please check out at the hotel according to your flight schedule and prepare 1.5 hour for the journey.
There is Airport Shuttle in the front of Hua Lian Plaza on Shen Nan Ave. It will also take about 1 hour to the airport. The ticket fee is 20 RMB Yuan / person.
13. Medical Services
Medical Centre will be set up in Wuzhou Guest House during the Conference and general medical services will be provided all around the clock. In emergency, medical staff will arrange transfer to Beijing University Shenzhen Hospital within 5 minutes.

Shenzhen has a subtropical climate. The temperature during the time of the conference is within the comfortable range between 18 Celsius and 25 Celsius.

Shenzhen is a coastal city in southern China , bordering Hong Kong . The city covers an area of 2020 Km 2, with a permanent population of 8.27 million by the end of 2005. 17 . Shenzhen Recycling Economy Development
Under the correct leadership of Shenzhen Municipal CPC Committee and Government in combination with joint efforts from various sectors, Shenzhen has been probing into the approaches to implement recycling economy in recent years. Particularly, since the convening of the conference in this April to fully speed up the development of recycling economy in the entire city, various districts, departments and organizations have been intensifying efforts to implement the instructions of Municipal CPC secretary Li Hongzhong and other leaders of Shenzhen Municipal CPC Committee and Government to propel the development of recycling economy and currently, initial achievement has been accomplished in various sectors. Shenzhen took a lead in the country to enact the “Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Propelling Recycling Economy”, and thus has initially established a system of regional policies and regulations to propel the development of recycling economy. Shenzhen has intensified efforts to implement demonstrative projects for clean production and initially shaped a favorable environment of leveraging demonstrative projects to propel the development of recycling economy Leveraging “Energy Fund” and “Wall Material Innovation Fund” as well as tax preferences granted by the state government on comprehensive utilization of resources, Shenzhen has initially established an incentive system to develop recycling economy On the other hand, Shenzhen has witnessed constant improvement in the energy-saving awareness of residents and initially shaped a favorable social environment to propel the development of recycling economy.
